Space Ground Link Subsystem (SGLS) ranging system simulation using Block Oriented System Simulation (BOSS)

The purpose of this project is to simulate the SGLS Ranging system .using Block Oriented System Simulation (BOSS). BOSS was created as a joint effort between the University of Kansas and TRW Inc. The goal of the simulation is two- fold: (1) to determine the effects of the satellite transponder transfer characteristics on the SGLS code, and (2) to optimize the transfer characteristic~ of the satellite transponder in the presence of white noise using the correlation peak of the PN sequence as the criterion for optimization.
