Pension Reform: Public Employee Perception on the Changes

This article attempts to answer the question how public employee perception has changed since pension reform. Pension reform is evident around the world. Pension reform has affected many public employees. There are many changes such as contribution rate, retirement age increase, and reduced pension calculations. Research suggests that pension reform has affected people’s mental state and changed their behavior toward saving more money. Additionally, teacher’s retention rate can be affected through pension reform. Through an exploratory sequential design the research question will be addressed.
