The presentation of a harp recital

The purpose of the project was to present a public recital of solo and ensemble compositions tor the harp. The recital was a culmination of years of study and practice and was for the intent or applying those years or work toward an actual performance. The planning or a recital requires the following: (1) the selecting of appropriate music, (2) determining the length of the program, (2) placing the chosen pieces in the order of a well balanced program, (4) studying and rehearsing the music, (5) making the necessary preparations in the procurement of a hall, publicity and (6) formally presenting the recital to the public.
