The focus of this study is aimed toward the healthcare systems of the United States and Greece. The paper will compare the similarities and differences relating to the state of health for citizens in these countries. The structure, behavior, and interconnectivity of health care components may affect health care outputs, in terms of universal coverage, service delivery, public policy, leadership reform, and stakeholder participation (World Health Organization, 2014). An exploration of the different histories, geographies, cultures, religions, economics, demographics, political philosophies, health policies, and health care financing , of the US and Greece will provide a greater understanding and a better explanation concerning the quality and accessibility of health care delivery and the overall health of these populations.
