City of Menifee Brewery and Distillery Market Analysis

The City of Menifee is looking into infrastructure growth opportunities to expand into the brewery and distillery industry. A team of five Master of Business (MBA) students from California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) met with Kayla Charters, Economic Development Analyst for the City of Menifee, to understand the City’s desire to develop and deliver opportunities for future breweries and distilleries. To have a greater understanding of their market, research was conducted on the brewery and distillery industries. The team focused research on the City and the surrounding areas, including Riverside Southwest County and North County San Diego.
