Marketing plan

The report was commissioned to portray results and recommendations regarding the development of an effective marketing strategy for the start-up company Ground 2 Table within the CSUSM capstone project. I was assigned to help implement a marketing plan for the company with the major focus on defining the target audience. Ground 2 table operates in the organic food industry and already offers its products, spice blends and meal kits including a spice blend packet and fresh herbs, online and in retail. Ultimately, Ground 2 Table needed to obtain a better understanding of the target market and suggestions for an effective marketing strategy.
