Wind tunnel testing facility including NACA 4415 airfoil results

The wind testing tunnel and airfoil described in this report are for use in experiments to demonstrate the basic principals of fluid motion and lift as they pertain to the aerodynamics of a simple airfoil. Contained within are the designs, data and instructions for a 2 foot diameter, 10 foot long wind tunnel capable of producing up to a 45 mph wind from a large tube-axial fan. Also included are the designs and data for a NACA 4415 airfoil scaled down to a 10 inch chord and 20 inch span. Pressure samples are taken along the airfoil and connected to a bank of water tube manometers, which give direct pressure differences over the wing section.
