Ground Force 5 Offensive Line Academy: Curriculum Guide and Business Plan Development
A football team consists of several different positions that make up offensive, defensive and special team units. Of these football positions, the offensive line is considered by many coaches to be one of the most difficult positions to physically develop. Developing the skills needed to perform offensive line play requires a great amount of time, knowledge and experience. Youth and high school football programs are often faced with limiting factors such as: necessary practice time for individual position skill development and experienced assistant coaches who are knowledgeable in coaching these skills. The purpose of this project is to develop a curriculum guide and a business plan for an offensive line academy, that will provide a private coaching and teaching resource to help assist local youth and high school football programs toward the proper development of quality and effective offensive line play.
