Lazy Acres: Customer Offer Improvement and E-Commerce Expansion

This purpose of this project was to develop marketing recommendations for Lazy Acres Natural Market to sustain competitive advantage in a changing environment. Objectives included improving the customer offer, and expanding the customer base through e-commerce. The project took advantage of both primary and secondary research, including a comprehensive customer survey, data analytics from customer Yelp reviews, geographic analysis from Geographic Information Systems, and live community feedback through focus group discussions.
