Identification of chronic consumer complaints in Central California.
The purpose of this study is to identify the ten most frequent complaints of consumers in Central California. Legislators can initiate legislation to alleviate problems which have been identified. Businessmen can correct unfair practices which have been exposed. If educators are aware of the most frequent consumer problems, they can prepare students to recognize common consumer pitfalls. A study identifying the major consumer problems will enable concerned individuals to prevent these problems before they occur.
