Personal journey of artist as researcher

This project is an alternative culminating experience for a Master of Arts in
 Education: Curriculum and Instruction with an elective Emphasis on Arts in
 Education. It follows Pathway I: Artist as Researcher. This project addresses the
 importance of individual creativity and reviews why a balanced curriculum includes
 the arts. Founding educational theorists as well as observers of current and future
 trends will be noted in support of the necessity for school curriculums to continue the
 arts as a tool for personal development of all students, personal creativity being a
 main ingredient. This project has been developed with the intent to illuminate the
 universal and abundant nature of personal creativity.
