An analysis of a public sector quality control circle program using the model template analysis technique

The focus of the study involves the analysis of an organizational motivational intervention, the quality control circle. The study attempts to analyse how a specific public sector quality control circle functions within an existing organization. The analysis is aided by the comparison to an ideal quality control circle model which was developed by the researcher from his experience as a member of the quality control circle under analysis and from published information on quality control circles.
