Funding Continuation for Stepping Stone San Diego: A Grant Proposal

The purpose of this project was to locate a potential grant for Stepping Stone’s Enya House in San Diego, California. Stepping Stone provides drug and alcohol substance rehabilitation to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and other sexual minority (LGBT+) population, along with residents diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Enya House is the sober living facility that individuals with HIV/AIDS can enter into once they complete rehabilitation at Stepping Stone’s main campus. Enya House was at risk for being shut down in 2016 and a grant was located to potentially assist the agency in finding additional funding. The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation was used as the potential funding source, as it best fit the program.
