Web application for management of service requests

This work is the development of a Service Request Management System for use in small scale organizations. The need for managing requests and issues inside an organization in an efficient manner is critical to the growth of an organization. In this project, I developed a simple yet effective Service Request Management System. The system will be primarily used to create, respond to and regulate service requests through the customer's employees and service providers. The system will also enable employee/users with elevated privileges to manage user credentials and service request allocation for other employees. The project has been developed following the Agile project development model. Development was divided into two major Sprints and one user story was developed at a time.
