HealthBot for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is one of the predominant hormonal imbalances present commonly in women of reproductive age. PCOS needs to be diagnosed and treated at an earlier stage since they are inter-related to diabetes, high cholesterol levels, and obesity. This paper presents an application specially designed for women that helps them to keep track of their BMI, Blood Sugar, and Blood Pressure based on their age. Those who are diagnosed with PCOS (an endocrine disorder) can use this application to make their life easy as it helps follow certain exercises, diets, and timely reminders for water and medicines. The application also has other features like the period tracker to track the user’s monthly menstrual cycle, dieticians near you through google maps, links to various supplements for PCOS, users can also track their moods during different menstrual phases starting from the menstrual cycle, follicular phase, ovulation phase to luteal phase, thereby getting suggestions on how to control their mood swings during respective phases. It also suggests certain adaptogen herbs with their medical property to be consumed for curing PCOS. Finally, the application has games to add that interactive touch.
