Impact of Absenteeism on Employee Morale
The purpose of this research is to study the impact of workplace absenteeism on employee morale. This has been done by examining the most common reasons for workplace absenteeism. If we were to conduct further research, a qualitative research design would be implemented. Interviews would be conducted with employees who are affected by employee absenteeism. The results gathered will help us evaluate the overall impact of workplace absenteeism on employee productivity and employee morale.
